Ms. Mousilli has been a Texas-certified mediator since 2005 and has over two decades of
experience facilitating dispute resolution. She frequently serves as a mediator in complex
commercial, business, and multi-party matters and is often appointed by courts to mediate highconflict cases requiring experienced, neutral facilitation.
Her mediation work is informed by extensive courtroom experience, allowing her to help parties
realistically assess litigation risk, procedural hurdles, evidentiary burdens, and the practical
consequences of continued litigation.

London involving cross-border commercial and intellectual property disputes. Her arbitration
experience includes managing pre-hearing strategy, evidentiary presentation, witness
examination, and post-hearing briefing.
Ms. Mousilli approaches mediation with a focus on practical resolution, informed risk
assessment, and durable outcomes. Her philosophy emphasizes:
• Helping parties identify underlying interests as well as legal positions
• Encouraging realistic evaluations of risk, cost, and timing
• Creating space for candid discussions that can uncover creative, sustainable settlements
• Maintaining neutrality while clarifying legal standards, process dynamics, and potential trial
outcomes
She brings a litigation-informed perspective to mediation, grounded in years of firsthand trial
experience. Her goal is to help parties make informed, strategic decisions based on how disputes
unfold in real courtrooms, not merely how they appear on paper.
Before founding her firm, Ms. Mousilli was a litigation partner at an intellectual property
boutique firm, where she managed a nationwide docket involving technology-focused companies
and complex commercial matters. Earlier in her career, she practiced at national and regional
