Former Judge of the 309TH Judicial District Court

State of Texas Visiting Judge for Courts by assignment from Regional Administrative Judges – 2019 – Current

Mediator – Civil since 1997

Arbitrator – Civil since 2019

Practice of Civil and Family Law since June 1992

Qualified Mediator in Family Law and Civil Law since 1997

Served extensively as Court Appointed Guardian/Attorney Ad Litem and Amicus Attorney Litigation

Extensive trial experience including bench and jury trials on the merits.

Extensive settlement experience with parties through mediation/arbitration and party settlement conferences

Additional areas of practice in Social Security Law – with an emphasis on Disability Claims for Title II and Title XXVI and
Private Long Term Disability Claims from 1992 to 2010.
